1996年、台湾において、臨床前テスティングを主たる目的としてグリーンシーズン臨床前研究所（緑色四季臨床前研究所）が発足しました。その後、SPF級動物試験センターを設置、ISO9001を取得し、現在では、テスティングのみではなく、医薬品・化粧品・健康食品等の認証およびコンサルティング業務に邁進しています。
台湾・中国の中華圏、アメリカ、日本のグループ企業間に於いて、国際的顧客企業のインターナショナルなサポートを行い、アウトソーシングエージェントとして、お客様の時間・人件費を含む経費の削減に貢献しております。
